1. To the annual general meeting of the society together with planned agenda.
2. To the inauguration of our shop-window exhibit in the old market.

1. The annual general meeting will deal with the year 2006.
The annual general meeting will be held on (Wednesday) 25th April, 2007 from 18.00 o'clock in the Inn Brewery "to the Schad" in Reilstrasse malt ground in the upper floor. We invite you hereby and ask for active participation. Most of our foreign members will not have the chance to be with us personally. Be with us with your hearts and minds.

The following agenda is planned:

1. Greeting.
2. Statement of proper load and decision about the agenda.
3. Annual report in 2006.
4. Financial statement in 2006.
5. Report of the check committee.
6. Discussion to the reports.
7. Vote about the discharge of the board of directors.
8. Vote about the discharge of the check committee
9. Report of the board of directors to the topical situation as well as to plan of the society.
10. Other things.

We ask to supply with suggestions to the supplement / change of the agenda immediately to the board of directors.

2. Inauguration of our shop-window exhibit in the old market
Since longer time old market inc. and here in particular to the chairperson of this association, club member Hans Goedecke suggested to form a shop-window situated in the old market unused nowadays and to introduce in this manner our association permanently.

Now we succeeded in finishing.

We used the last weeks for the preparation and, in the end, for the construction of the exhibit which was accompanied in this subject by the Digitaldruckservice Digitaldruckservice Digitaldruckservice Halle GmbH. The enterprise has his seat in the Kutschgasse No.4.

You will be inspired about the exhibit elements formed in professional way. They in particular treat with the subject "Journey of the Sea Eagle". Are present please - if possible - when we are going to open the exhibit - by the way, to the Counts 41-st day of death - Friday, 13th April, 2007 16.00 o'clock Schmeerstrasse Nr.6.

Dear members and friends, exhibits cost money. Hence, we ask you to do considerations who can be won for the financing as a sponsor. We offer to such a sponsor to point in the shop-window to the sponsoring and to refer to company data.
