There is a new book available about the Count.

It is "The Cruise of the Sea Eagle" by Blaine Pardoe.

You know that Blaine is a member of our society. He and his wife once visited us here in Halle. We had some wonderful hours together walking around in Halle, standing in front of the living house of the Count and meeting some other members in a pub at night. In one newsletter we informed about it.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon (from 5 p.m. on) we will meet in the same pub we once had diner with Blaine Pardoe and his wife. There will be a "Count von Luckner Evening" informing the public and the members about new things about his life and what researches we did etc.

Those of you who are living abroad will not be able to join us tomorrow. Please, be with us in your minds. This keeps our society strong!
